Start with your voice

Connect a microphone and sing one note at a time. Turn on monitoring only with headphones. The synthetic demo needs no microphone access.

Choose the destination

Choose the song’s key and scale. Fast retuning gives an electric sound. More expression retains pitch movement. Hold a piano key in Play mode to steer a note.

Keep the performance

Edit notes, split or merge detections and refine boundaries without moving the audio. Drift and modulation are separate. Arm Intention before a microphone take to record its gestures; the editor replays and exports them. Save locally or carry an .astratune project.

Know the instrument

AstraTune uses monophonic pitch detection and a phase vocoder, not Antares or Celemony technology. Formant compensation is approximate. Breathy voices, low notes and large shifts can produce artifacts. It does not isolate vocals from a full mix or act as a system-wide virtual microphone.

Local means local

No account, voice uploads or analytics. Optional local recovery keeps a draft after capture/import and edits, not during capture. Browser storage can be cleared; an .astratune project preserves editable work independently, while WAV exports the audio. Audio imports: 50 MB / three minutes.
